1.Firearm Order Requirements:

Firearm orders cannot be processed until we receive the (1) Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) Transfer Information, and (2) your method of payment.

2.Firearm Shipping Restrictions:

All firearms must be sent to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). If the FFL you are looking for is not listed on our website, it is your responsibility to have the dealer e-mail the FFL information to us.

3.Shipping Methods:

All firearms are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground (at our discretion).

4.Inspect before you Accept the Transfer:

When you pick up the firearm at your FFL, please inspect the product thoroughly and confirm that this is the product you ordered, and that there are no defects. If there are any problems with your purchase, simply DO NOT Accept the Transfer. We will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or full refund. · Once you accept transfer, the gun is considered used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Any Firearm that you have accepted is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. · In the case that a customer is declined in their ATF Form 4473, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of returning the firearm and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

5.State Compliance:

Customers are responsible for verifying that the firearm they order is legal in their state.In the case that a firearm has been shipped to a state where the firearm is not legal, the customer will be charged for the return shipping fee, and a 10% restocking fee.

6.Cancelled Orders:

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. Once you have placed your order online or with an associate you will be charged a 10% Restocking Fee/Change Order Fee. If you decide to cancel the order or substitute products the order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. Be sure to order the correct item before hitting the submit button. By placing an order online or making a phone order you agree to pay this 10% Cancellation/Restocking Fee/Change order fee should you cancel or change your order.


Insurance for firearms is not included. Customers have the option to add insurance to their orders during the checkout. If customers choose not to add insurance, Scavenger is not responsible for any lost/damaged shipping items.


Ammunition is sent ground only. Ammunition can be shipped only within the 48 contiguous states. Go to to view all UPS terms and conditions of service.

9.Our Right to Cancel Orders:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
