Dealer – Return Policy

1.Delivery and Inspection:

Any claims for shortages or damages suffered to Goods in transit are the sole responsibility of Dealer and shall be submitted by Dealer directly to the carrier. Shortages or damages must be acknowledged and signed for at the time of delivery. DEALER SHALL PROMPTLY INSPECT EACH FIREARMS SHIPMENT TO DETERMINE IF ANY FIREARMS ARE MISSING FROM SUCH SHIPMENT. If any shipment is not complete, Dealer shall immediately report the serial number of any missing firearm to Scavenger6in writing. Dealer shall fully cooperate with any investigation by Scavenger6 and any law enforcement agency relating any such missing firearms.

2.Incorrect Items:

If the merchandise is not what you ordered, Scavenger 6 will replace it or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt (for online orders: 10 days from the day the package was delivered). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Scavenger6 will not replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which you will then send directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

3.Shortages or missing products:

Need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of item.

4.Special Orders:

Special Order Items may not be returned.
