• Copy of your valid FFL certificate with original signature

DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO BE APPROVED AS A DEALER

• Copy of your valid FFL certificate with original signature

• Copy of your State or local municipality tax license (if applicable)

• All Dealers must provide Certificate of Resale, Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate or applicable state sales tax exemption

• Arizona Dealers must return completed Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate (Form 5000)

• For New York Dealers; your State Dealer Firearms Permit to purchase handguns

• For California Dealers, your centralized list firearms dealer identification number and CA Resale Certificate

• For North Carolina Dealers; a completed Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate of Exemption (Form E-595E)

NOTE: You do not need all documents uploaded in the registration process. To be approved as a dealer, you can log into the Dealer portal and upload the documents at a later date. You must upload a valid FFL certificate in the sign up process for both Transfer Agent and Dealer accounts.
